okyplay operates under PAGCOR oversight and these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using okyplay you submit to Philippine jurisdiction.
All bonuses on okyplay carry wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal. Read Section 7 for full bonus terms.
Each player may hold only one okyplay account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. Use your real identity when registering — no aliases.
Withdrawals from okyplay require completed KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times apply. See Section 9 for full payment and withdrawal terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okyplay ("okyplay," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the okyplay website located at okyplay.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on okyplay, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the okyplay Platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To register and use okyplay, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: okyplay reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be forfeited in full.
To access the full features of okyplay, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Each individual may hold only one (1) okyplay account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. okyplay uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held in those accounts will be forfeited.
okyplay is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You will be required to submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of pending withdrawals.
You must register using your real name and accurate personal details. The use of aliases, pseudonyms, or false information is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds. okyplay will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to provide accurate registration information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okyplay account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
okyplay will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All transactions completed using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been made by you.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okyplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable.
okyplay accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
The minimum deposit on okyplay is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though okyplay reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.
All deposits on okyplay are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. okyplay is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
okyplay does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards. These restrictions are in place in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Attempts to deposit using prohibited methods will be declined and may trigger an account review.
Note: All deposits are for gaming purposes only. okyplay does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your bank or e-wallet provider for details.
okyplay offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your okyplay account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. okyplay reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonuses, operated multiple accounts, or violated these Terms are not eligible for bonuses. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
All bonuses on okyplay have an expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within the stated expiry period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
okyplay actively monitors for bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account may be closed.
All games available on the okyplay Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
All okyplay casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards. okyplay publishes Return to Player (RTP) information for all slot games.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure, okyplay reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction. okyplay will not be liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from a technical malfunction. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect payout, okyplay reserves the right to reclaim the incorrect amount from your account balance.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on okyplay. These limits are displayed within each game interface. okyplay reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. okyplay will not process any withdrawal until your identity has been verified to our satisfaction. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine anti-money laundering law.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. okyplay supports withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
okyplay aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply to your account. These limits will be communicated to you via your account settings. Players who have completed enhanced KYC verification may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits.

okyplay reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where we have reason to believe the player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including but not limited to imposing deposit limits, requiring a cooling-off period, or initiating self-exclusion on the player's behalf. Such actions are taken in the player's best interest and in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines.
All content on the okyplay Platform — including but not limited to the okyplay brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and audio — is the intellectual property of okyplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okyplay Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any okyplay content without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okyplay's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okyplay account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okyplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if okyplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
okyplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
okyplay collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using okyplay, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
okyplay complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies as required by law.
okyplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice.
Your continued use of the okyplay Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of okyplay shall first be referred to okyplay's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also refer complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
